Table ThaiMassage This is an ancient energy-based healing system that combines compression, stretching, rocking, traction, percussion, and range of motion to clear energy blockages, relieve tension and pain, and increase mobility. The practitioner uses thumbs, hands, elbows, forearms, knees, and feet to loosen tight joints, stretch muscles and tendons, and balance energy. The overall effect is relaxing as well and invigorating. No oils or lotions are used for this massage and the client remains fully clothed. Traditionally, Thai massage is done on a mat on the floor, however, I offer this massage on a massage table- same traditional Thai techniques yet with the comfort of a headrest to support lying face down and a heating pad on the table for chilly days. (please wear loose, comfortable clothing for easy stretching)

Salt Scrub Invigorating and detoxifying- your senses are stimulated by a customized aromatherapy oil mixed with mineral-rich salts for an exfoliating and immune-boosting treatment. Your skin will be rejuvenated and you emerge from this treatment soft and glowing!
Fire Cupping This is a form of traditional medicine which has been used for centuries to promote well-being by boosting the immune system, improving Qi flow, and moving stagnant blood and lymph. It is also effective in breaking up adhesions/ tension in the muscles and connective tissue, decreasing pain, and increasing mobility and healing. Fire is used to create a vacuum inside glass cups, enabling the cup to pull up the tissue and release negative holding patterns. Cupping is a wonderful add-on to a massage.
Gua Sha A traditional treatment used in Eastern medicine to release unhealthy elements from injured or sore areas and stimulate blood flow, increased mobility, and healing. Coconut oil is applied to the skin, then the smooth edge of a ceramic soup spoon is firmly "scraped" over the muscles. Inflammation and toxins are brought to the surface and released, fascia and scar tissue are smoothed out, and tension/adhesions are diminished, all of which facilitates healing of the area. This treatment is best incorporated into a massage.
